Splash Park

Today I took my sweet kids to a splash park near our house. I never knew that it was there, but now that the secret's out, we are gonna be headed here more often.

HY was very cautious at first, as usual. He ran through the water once & got his feet wet & then ran straight back to me. "Mamma, I did it! I did it!" After a few times of that, his fear was gone & he was soaking wet.

Mini-E wanted nothing to do with the water. Maybe she didn't want it to ruin her new dress from Raygon that came in the mail. Thanks so much Raygon. It's darling & perfect!!

Aunt CC & her kids met us there which made my life so much easier.
Her kids are so good to play with HY & Mini-E. HY wanted to follow Too Cool B & Wonder M wherever they went.


Lovin' H finally got Mini-E into the water. She was in baby heaven.

To-Do Saturday.

Things to do: repot flowers, mow the lawn (Farmboy)...
Sand & Restain the front bench
Wash the car (good job HY for not crying this time)
Go to the park with Aunt CC's boys. But---
HOT, HOT HOT....Go home, watch movie, eat, play!

We were busy busy on Saturday. The best part of the day was having Too-Cool B & Wonder M come over & play. We normally go visit them at their house, so today was very special. Too bad it was so blasted hot. Look at these kids--red faces and all.

Down on the Farm

Today we had such fun with Aunt CC and her kids. Lovin'-H watch HY very closely so that no tractors ran him over. He's a bit obsessed with them, so it wasn't the easiest job in the world.

Wonder M, Too-Cool B and their friend Sweet A loved feeding the ducks-even the duck that all the other ducks were picking on. Mini E just slept the entire time. She must be having a growth spirt.Aunt CC thought the best part was the new baby sheep born just that morning. My favorite part was just being with family.

...buy things in bulk
...sit in peace and quiet at least once a day
