This week has been crazy busy, but in a good way.

Here are a few highlights in no particular order:

Wednesday was too too fun with my girlfriends at lunch. A rarity that I always enjoy. Even if it isn't only once a year.

Still reading the Twilight Series. Finished book 2 on Friday and picked up Book 3 after our little canoe ride on the Day Break Lake. HY was in heaven. He loved reeling all that grass in!

Yesterday I got to shoot some pictures for my cousin's wedding. So much fun. It was truly a celebration!

And the best highlight....HY & Mini-E are doing a bit better. Still a little sick, but not the total yuckies like we've had at the beginning of the week! Horray!

Here comes the Bride

Well, she did it! You may remember this post. Yesterday I got to see these 2 get married in the Salt Lake City Temple. It was a very beautiful ceremony & I was honored to be a part of it. Everyone was so excited. These 2 have been dating a few years now. A day that was long awaited. Here are a few pictures of the newest Bride & Groom.

This las picture is me looking down the steps of the Temple waiting for the group photo. Aids, wish you could have been right there with me! The only picture I failed to get was one of me & the beautiful bride. Dang!

'twas a fine weekend

This weekend, we had the opportunity to spend time with family! Farmboy's cousin was married in the Salt Lake Temple. Here's a picture of the new bride & groom at their luncheon.

Not only did we get to spend time with family, but we got to see Grandma Suz & Aunt little S (since it was her 19th birthday) this weekend. She is so much fun! I just had to get a few shots of her & her 2 grandkids. They sure love her.

Then as a very big surprise, we ran into THIS family on the temple grounds. We became good friends in our last ward before we moved & then they moved--- to Idaho. HY & their oldest boy Ro are the same age & good friends. What a surprise to see them & their little man Zay whose the same age as Mini-E. We wish we lived closer---we sure miss them.

Not bad for a busy weekend. Can't believe that Thanksgiving is coming up this week & that we don't have a bit of snow on the ground. Strange...but I'm enjoying it because I know that it can't last.

A very unpredictable event occured in our family this weekend. Our sweet little JT was married to the most incredible girl M-shell!

Because of this blessed event, our family got to stay here at one of the most romantic settings in all of Colorado. (Sadly, Aunt Runnie & I were husbandless). 2. A small fire is started (thanks to Grandad) Thanks to Aunt Runnie (who's a den leader for the Boy Scouts of America) that fire was put out without the bride's knowledge.

What a fun weekend. Thanks to Cousin JT & his beautiful new wife M-Shell for inviting us to share in the most important day of their lives. We couldn't be more pleased for you both.
